Rafiq is a respected Islamic scholar and community leader who has dedicated his life to the welfare and empowerment of the Rohingya community. As the Founder & Chief Executive Officer of the Rohingya Child Development Association (RCDA), he plays a vital role in guiding the organization with vision, integrity, and compassion.

Amir is a skilled Web & Android App Developer with extensive experience in the field of information technology. From 2015 to 2018, he worked at BRAC NGO, where he contributed to various technological and development projects.
Currently, he is serving as the Executive Director of the Rohingya Child Development Association (RCDA). Through his leadership and technical expertise, he plays a vital role in advancing community development, education, and child welfare initiatives.

He has successfully completed his Honours degree and has gained valuable experience working with various NGOs. With a strong background in community service and development, he has contributed significantly in multiple projects throughout his career. He also worked as a Teacher at ActionAid India, where he focused on education and capacity building. Currently, he is serving as the Director of Management at the Rohingya Child Development Association (RCDA). With his academic background and extensive NGO experience, he provides strategic guidance and effective management to strengthen RCDA’s mission in community development and child welfare.

Enamul is committed to education and humanitarian service. As an NIOS Consultant, he supported 94 refugee students and facilitated learning at CFLS, along with leading awareness sessions for DAJI (2021–2024). He has served as a Youth Leader at ActionAid, Fellow at the Azadi Leadership Program, Climate Cohort 2025 member, and Researcher at the Azadi Project. Currently, he is the Director of Education at RCDA, where he continues his mission of serving the vulnerable with faith and dedication.

Sadiq is a dedicated social worker and volunteer with strong financial management skills. He ensures transparency and accountability in financial operations, supports community-driven initiatives, and contributes to the sustainable growth of the Rohingya Child Development Association. Currently, he is serving as the Program Coordinator at the Rohingya Child Development Association.

Kaiser is a compassionate social worker and volunteer dedicated to improving community health and wellbeing. With strong leadership in healthcare initiatives, he works to ensure access to essential medical support, awareness, and preventive care. Currently, he is serving as the Director of Healthcare at the Rohingya Child Development Association.

Kamal is an active social worker and volunteer with expertise in digital communication and social awareness. He manages the organization’s social media platforms, promotes community voices, and spreads awareness about Rohingya issues to a wider audience. Currently, he is serving as the Director of Social Media at the Rohingya Child Development Association.
